About Me!

Nice to meet you, my name is Kate Lawton. I am currently a junior in college.

I am in the process right now of getting ready to take the LSAT, which will be closely followed by getting ready to apply to law school for the class of 2011. Between trying to decide if I wanted to go to into the legal profession and then, finally, trying to understand the process of actually getting in, I have found whole process quite complicated. It took many conversations with my peers, counselors at my university and legal professionals to feel like I had enough knowledge about what to do and how to do it.

Through my blog I hope to make the process of applying to law school easier on the rest of the college students making their way through the system. I hope to get a lot of feed back from the visitors at my blog and do what I can to make getting into law school easier than actually being in law school.  :)
